After a life-changing accident, Matt Frost had plenty of recovery time to consider what he wanted to do with the rest of his life.

It would be good to try out several different jobs before making a decision, and Matt wondered if he could spend 2013 experiencing 52 jobs in 52 weeks. A web search and chat with Canadian Sean Aiken, who had successfully taken part in a similar experiment, encouraged Matt and he started the year full of enthusiasm for the project.
Anyone anywhere in the UK can offer Matt a week of work, and he will be spending his time in all manner of jobs and situations, ranging from working for the Princes Trust to farming and even being a stuntman.
In January he worked with PR Communications agency Onshore Media, who handle the accounts for the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Pentillie Castle and Whitsand Bay Holiday Park, amongst others.
I will be blogging about my experiences and I hope to not only find a job that I will love, but that my experiences will help others to find their own penchants, says Matt.
I also want others to know that they can do the same if they so choose. That they dont necessarily have to accept things the way they are if they arent happy. If in the process of this big adventure I can inspire people to at least try something that theyve previously held back from doing, then Ill get more worth from this than I have with any previous workplace successes.
Aiming to prove that even in this time of economic recovery, its still possible to achieve happiness in the workplace, Matt hopes to inspire some of the 2.53 million job seekers in the UK. Any money paid by his employers will be donated to the Princes Trust.
