A bevy of Cornwall’s independent restaurants have made it into the South West’s most prestigious dining guide: the Trencherman’s Guide
Newcomers Gylly Beach Cafe in Falmouth and Mount Haven Hotel and Restaurant in Marazion join the likes of Michelin starred establishments Lympstone Manor and Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in this year's edition of the Trencherman's Guide.
Other establishments which meet the strict quality-criteria and are included for the first time this year are The Sardine Factory Restaurant in Looe, The Pickwick Inn & Oliver's Restaurant near Padstow, Hooked! Restaurant & Bar in Truro, The Dining Room in Rock and The Old Mill House Bistro near Padstow.
"For 27 years the Trencherman's Guide has been the passport to exquisite dining at independent restaurants across the South West of England and it's wonderful to see so many very special finds from Cornwall in this year's guide," says The Guide's editor, Jo Rees.
In total 150 leading restaurants from across the South West are included in the guide that meet its strict quality criteria.
