The Greenbank Hotel, Falmouth
‘Tis the season to be jolly and there’s plenty of Christmas merriment taking place at The Greenbank Hotel this December. In the 2 AA Rosette award-winning restaurant a festive afternoon tea will be served throughout the Christmas season.
On the menu there is eggnog cheesecake, Instagram-worthy chocolate yule log, mince pies, a generous selection of festive finger sandwiches, and cranberry and orange scones with lashings of Rodda’s clotted cream. Indulge in a festive feast whilst enjoying the panoramic views across Falmouth’s historic waterfront.
Afternoon tea is £20 per person with mulled wine and teas/coffees inclusive. Served throughout the whole of December, 3pm until 5pm.
Pentillie Castle, St. Mellion
Throughout December, Pentillie Castle will be hosting a festive afternoon tea with a roaring log fire and twinkling tree lights as the backdrop to the Christmas feast. Guests are welcome to take a winter walk in Pentillie gardens and woodland to work up an appetite ahead of their Christmas feast.

The Headland Hotel, Newquay

Pentire Hotel, Newquay
Pentire Hotel takes afternoon tea very seriously, especially at Christmas time. This December there are mince pies and lemon possets topped with winter berries to be devoured and cups-upon-cups of freshly brewed tea to be sipped.
Calories don’t count at Christmas so indulge in turkey and cranberry sandwiches and Brandy Snaps to boot. To make your afternoon extra special, add Prosecco or gin and tonics to your festive afternoon tea for an additional fee.
Festive afternoon tea is £21.95 for two people. Add two Gordon’s gin and tonics or two glasses of Prosseco for £7.60.

Royal Duchy Hotel, Falmouth
The Royal Duchy Hotel’s festive afternoon feast is available from 16 November – 1 January and includes festive cake, mince pies and Cornish cream tea - that’s not forgetting the homemade finger sandwiches. Afterwards, head to the Champagne Bar for a post-tea tipple and a spot of cosmopolitan glamour.
