The Padstow Mussel Co. New Fish Rubbing Collection uses a truly unique process called Gyotaku. Originating in Japan in the mid 1800s, the Padstow Mussel Co. has modernised the process by using oil paints and cotton cloth, whilst rubbing locally caught fish - the fish is literally flipping straight from the sea to your plate. It couldn’t get any more Cornish!
