The successful long-standing team has achieved a major coup by enticing Knight Franks London-based Waterfront Property specialist Christopher Bailey to transfer to Devon.


Christopher brings exceptional contacts and knowledge of the all-important London buyers who are so vital for the sales of prime waterfront and country houses in the South West. The arrival of the London expert will further complement Knight Franks highly popular existing team.


Knight Frank now has three distinct specialisms working out of the Exeter office: Country property sales, Waterfront sales and a dedicated Exeter City sales desk.
