As you enter First Light, you will be struck by the well-appointed spaces complete with sea views across to Padstow and the countryside beyond from the first floor. Designed with social living in mind, the property includes a modern open plan statement kitchen and dining area with a generous sitting room. The combination of warm wood floors, floor to ceiling glazing and calm neutral tones creates a welcoming atmosphere. From here, you can wander outside onto the raised terrace to dine alfresco, enjoying both the morning sun and evening sunsets as you overlook the tidal waters of the Camel Estuary.

All four beautifully furnished bedrooms are spread across the ground floor and linked by a hallway. There are two king-size bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms and two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom, are equipped with flat screen TVs.

With Porthilly and Rock beaches on your doorstep, at First Light you can park up and forget about the car. A variety of shops and restaurants, as well as the sailing club and water-ski school are all less than a 15-minute walk away, while just a short ferry ride away lies Padstow’s pretty harbour and the start of the Camel Trail, perfect for walking or cycling along the river to Wadebridge.
